Ruffo Castle

"The castle in Scilla, together with the mythological and mighty rock on which it stands at about 70 meters above sea level, has long been the emblem of the town. There are numerous legends regarding the fact and history of the fortress as well as the Homeric myth of "Scilla and Cariddi".
The origins of the castle date back to Ulysses who built the oldest part of it as a temple in honour of Minerva."
