What a funny, typically italian scene :-D
Technically I would have cropped it tighter, escpecially the paddle to the right is a bit distracting. I've posted a possible crop as workshop.

An intriguing 'portrait' & this being your first post, very interesting. Your note is not like the ones which accompany your later pictures, but then this picture does not require a detailed note...perhaps. Maybe a slightly lower POV could have saved his legs being cut off. I'm not able to see the gondoler in the BG gondola with tourists..where is he? But this is a fine shot with the touch of modern humour.

Hello Bülent,
This exquisite shot offers a great deal to behold and enjoy. The gondola in the front center catches my attention first. Then, the shapes and directions of other gondolas, the stripes -- black and white and the red and white, the arch of the bridge and decorative shapes in the rail are all components adding interest. Reflections on the water are very nice. What a perfect title! I like it very much.

Hello Bulent,
Thanks for directing me to this photo, your very first one here on TE. It's a great daily life capture, and a wonderful view of those famous Venice gondolas. I like the fact that we can see two gondolas going under the bridge, while also getting an upfront view of the gondolier on his cellphone. I also like the contrast between the blue-striped shirt, and the red-striped oar on the right side of the frame. I know some viewers found the oar on the side distracting, but, for some reason, I like it. :-)

funny and unusual image of Venice, where also the modern technology goes on the gondola. :-) Fortunately, these asymmetrical boats are still built as in the past, assembling 280 pieces of different kinds of wood. To make a gondola requires more than a year of work.
