WOW! A majestic view, I am very impressed by the impact in this picture. The perspective is well corrected but maybe you left some pin cushion on the sides. The best parts are however the light, the sepia nad the sky. A doomsday picture, strong!!

Bravo Nicolas

This is a great picture! Well done! Good framing, balance and sharpness in your picture. The choice of a grayscale is much better than your previous colour picture in this abbey.

Superbe!!

Very impressive. The contrast is great. The textures really stand out strong and the space is very 3 dimensional. Your treatment of the photographed really gave it a spooky feel. It has a strong power to it. A kingly power. Like some kind of great spirit resided here and perhaps still does. Excellent job. And again, I love the textures of the columns and stonework in general. So strong and tactile.

Great! I can't say I agree with the theme "A journey on Middle Earth" though... but your picture isn't any less impressive.
I especially like the grain of the picture. The contrast are well made.
This picture is much better that the referenced "San Galgano"

Salam Nicolas,
I agree with Zanni, it looks like something really terrible happened there :O the b/w worked nicely, the texture & the details are quite unusually beautiful, but the way you presented this place is amazing, it have this mysteries sense as we all can see, plus it is powerfully dramatic. Like your work. TFS
