The Sardinian ass in the Muravera's Festival.
The presence of the ass in omonima the Sardinian island is supported from some authors since the neolithic one, from others correlated to the Fenicia import, while from other anchor the origin is attributed to the Nubia, rocks of the asses Africans. The introduction in the island is however much ancient one, but they were sure the Sardinian-Punici to increasing of the breeding with agricultural purposes and of transport. A lot considered in the continent and to the foreign country this asinello mild and strong, a called time "molente" why it made to work the mola for the macinazione of the grain, was part alive of the existence d ' every day why it transported water and goodses from the campaign to the countries, it pulled the carts and it made to ride from persons that to the times they weighed more of the half of its weight.
