Photographer's Note
Every November there's a 'Staro Rīga' festival held in Riga. It could be translated as 'Riga shines' or similar. For a weekend most buildings are beautifully enlightened and lots of different art+light objects are placed round the city. It is always a bit of a fairytale around. These hammocks with their occupants were hanging in the park trees last year. Liked them a lot - seemed a bit ghostly, but not scary.
It is usually held near the 18th November, that is our Independence Day.
