The Riga TV Centre is situated on Zakusala Island on the River Daugava. One of my first photos:)

Hi Oleg,

Great composition. Light and colors are somewhat dull. Image would look much better if you were to take it just after the sunrise, or prior the sunset (this of course depends on the position and oreientaton of the building).
If you decide to go for sunset re-shoot, wait until light inside the building are on, and you will get beautifull combination of yellow sunlight reflecting of the building and dark blue sky in the background, all of which will be reflected in the water.
