This lamp is just one of decors that makes Pagrabins, one of the beautiest cafeteria in Cesis, feel like home.. Even it's in cellar of "perfect" Hotell Cesis, it has all the old brick wall inside and photos of times with, when there wasn't any Latvia in world map.
