Photographer's Note
This "watertoren" in Utrecht can be found at the southside of town, just outside the Singel. It used to contain a potable water supply for the neighbourhood inside its 'waterhead' tank. Nowadays, the neo-Dutch renaissance style Heuveloord water tower is out of business. So it doesn't contain water anymore, but for me personally it does hold something else: memories. The Heuveloord water tower stands at the end of the street where I lived twenty-one years ago...
