Photographer's Note

For a car program for the Dutch TV we (editorial staff) must make a movie of this great car. When the crew get there lunch, i take a couple of pictures. I have posted already a clos-up and a total of this car on TE.

Here i want to go very low. You can see mee lay here on the ground. At home i saw that i captured myself with the car. I found it very funny to see me laying there. Therefore i want to share it.

It was such a beautiful weather that day. It is a pitty you can't here the sound.....I've Googled for some specs.

You've made a really nice graphic photo with this subject, Robbert.
The angle of view is well choosen and the red color is so bright.
And the reflection of yourself in the car is amusing.

I think it looks like a head of an animal – a big eye and a long nose. Very beautiful car – and well taken shot of it. And yes – your reflection is a funny detail...

Dear Robbert, extraordinary perspective !! Looks like a rocket. Isn't making good pictures to a part finding the angle that others don't chose ? You did very well on this here :)

It almost looks like an abstract red crocodiles or lizards head, with the cars headlight?, doubling for an eye. Oh, & the reflection shows dedication, btw.

ce que j'aime par dessus tout dans cette composition c'est le reflet dans la carroserie, le ciel et toi allongé au sol !

Bright and colorful shot of this car detail, Robbert. The low angle is particularly effective in showcasing the beauty of the car, so not only did you succeed with respect to finding an innovative way of shooting, but you also got that involuntary self-portrait. Great shot.

From the thumbnail i thought that this is a fat train or a space shuttle. Very very good shot, Robbert. You have chosen a very effective low angle (as usual..) and the colors and the conatrast are superb. The reflection is also very nice. Wonderful. Added to my "mirror effect" theme.

Great shot, Robbert. Wonderful angle. I like the way the curvature of the car's bodywork creates a reflection with a sloping horizon. The red is just beautiful. Well seen.
