Photographer's Note

Under a winter sun, on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland, a another photo of Brouwershaven.
The island of Schouwen-Duiveland is now linked with the continent by the bridge of Zeeland and by a seawall, the "Oosterscheldekering". The island of S-D was constitued from four island then from two, Schouwen and Duiveland.
Lanscapes typical of Zeeland with mills and big farms, small picturesque dorps as Dreischoor or ancient harbours of peach as Zierikzee or Brouwershaven whre this photos was taken.

Great reflection. Very nice work. The slight disturbance in water give a different effect to the reflections. Seems like a oil painting.

after 13 years in the Netherlands I still have to visit Zeeland - can you believe that? :)
I love this image - I am not usually a fan of reflections but here I can see almost an Impressionistic oil on canvas...
great colours - but I was wondering what the three black lines are? something in the water for sure, but what..?

C'est un monde virtuel, ça aurait pu être un monde réel vu à travers une vitre battue par la pluie. Un beau reflet spectaculaire, un tableau superbe. Excellente idée, adroitement mise en image. Félicitations.

Bonsoir Roger,

Une idée originale de photographier les réflexions. La prise de vue permet de voir ces réflexions qui sont légèrement floues en raisons des ondes de l'eau. L'effet miroir sur l,eau du canal est un atout à la composition. Bonne soirée.

Une rotation judicieuse mettant magnifiquement en valeur ce beau et lumineux reflet portuaire. J'aime beaucoup ce format pano et l'encadrement que tu as utilisé. Le ciel bleu donne du contraste à l'ensemble. Une joli photo qui ferait un superbe sous-verre je trouve pour agrémenter un intérieur un peu fade... Merci Roger.

Trovo molto adatto il formato panoramico per questa tua foto Roger, e anche la cornice che riprende i colori principali. L'inquadratura divisa nei campi color bianco delle case, alternato agli altri colori, è vivacissima. Mi piace molto la tua ricerca sull'acqua. Complimenti Roger, e buona serata
