Hello Jan,
This is a very elegant composition. I like the subdued colours of the cloudy day, the forest of masts and the red (or maybe orange) details. The jetty is nicely seen on a diagonal.

Dag Jan,

Hindelopen zegt me iets uit de Elfstedentocht, welke al een tijdje niet meer doorgaat door de zachte en korte winters.
Maar deze keer niet vanop het ijs maar als heel mooi panorama zicht misschien net voor de regen.
Heel rustige foto met de haven en boten.
Goed foto werk, bedankt.

Bonjour JWM,

Quelle belle forêt de mats qui semblent pousser le doigt vers le ciel comme pour se démarquer les uns des autres dans un ciel gris qui les fait paraître timide.

Hallo Jan,
Ik was vorig jaar voor het eerst in Hindeloopen en het is een zeer aantrekkelijk plaatsje. De oranje daken en de vele witte masten steken prachtig af tegen de naderende regenlucht.

A nice composition with this high-mast ship in the foreground while behind we see a forest of masts, those typical huts give a nice atmosphere.
Very beautiful colorful, in a few tones, very attractive.
Good lighting management and superb sharpness.
