Photographer's Note
Well, I doubt that, but that's my opinion. I'm glad I can't be reached everywhere, simply because I forget to take it along, or the battery is dead. My life is very mobile, but without a cell phone usually.
I just don't know how he did this, walking past 'The Phone House' with his moby attached to his ear, and wearing a bag that has the same color as the shop. I don't care actually, I saw the moment and clicked.
I like the reflections, and especially that female foot in the sun on the left side.

A great moment you've captured here, Rinie! Very good composition.
I think that cell phones began to be an addiction (I have one too though...) In Portugal even kids with 6/7 years have one! (And I believe that this is not in Portugal...) Why did they need cell phones with that age?
TFS and take care,

Yeah, this is really a plague. Cell phones, Mp3, digital cameras..... why don't people go back to the good old habit of reading or just strolling around to THINK in silence about what surrounds them. As JC VanDamne says (sorry for the reference), no one is aware anymore. I had to put my sunglasses not to be blinded by this electric blue. What did you do with saturation? Pushed it to its limits?

a nice shot, Rinie. The composition is nice and the reflections are great. I despise cell phones, they are barries in society, I feel... but I won't rant.

Hello Rinie, I agree with you re: cell phones, I have absolutely no desire to be tracked down at any moment or be responsible for not picking it up, so I have none and feel a bit more free this way. You have captured a great catch Rinie, both with the incredible colour match and with him talking on his cell under the signage, an excellent crop, very well seen urban slice

A good framing for an advertisment, nd a man stopped nearly on one foot !
Despite the direction of the model is close to the frame, (in fact this doest realy hurt me), this is a very attractive composition.
Well done

bonjour Rinie

Ha, Perfect timing, Rinie, and wonderful blue compo. Cellphones makes us to-easy reachables, but most of us can't live without them. I wonder what people of the 23rd century will think about this image, they'll probably think that we were insane.

This photo is so full of details that it can take you quite a time to check it out. You saw the photo there and I like those ¿legs? visible on the back of the man with the brown coat. I find the feet you like kind of Dalí touch. I think belongs to a ghost. Take care querida.

I always run out of minutes and never bother to pay it off- so I'm just unreachable as far as calling goes. This man seems to be quite the opposite, though. The photo has a great mix between reflections, layers of people, and reality. Oh, and that is the tiniest cup of coffee I've ever seen- if thats what he's carrying. No Starbucks double grande for him, I guess. Good work!

Nice shot Rinie;
It's your composition and framing which really makes this one! The shop name is PERFECTLY alligned, combined with the perfect spacing of the man above the bottom border- nicely done.
Allk the best Rinie!

Hi Rinie, very nice, it looks like a poster. A very strong composition brimful of bold and colourful lines and planes and outdoor type. The reflections again makes this ones multilayered and the feet is just exquisiiet ;-).
Have a nice start of the week,

This photo has a lot of nice features, the blue/yellow colourscheme, the phone advertisements/phone man, outside/inside.
But I do think the frame has too many elements in it, they tend to cancel each other out.
I would prefer a closer crop, especially I think that "ThePhoneHouse" has to go, the composition of the man outside and the man and the woman inside is interesting but I think their impact is lessened by that "ThePhoneHouse" sign and I don't think the joke is good enough for that.
I want a closer crop, perhaps a better posture by the main character too, so I'll only award you a light green smiley for this one.
