Luckely after all the flowers have been cropped for about 2 weeks now,this wonderfull field of purple Allium-globemaster is still left....

Wat je foto mooi maakt is de strikt horizontale grens van het alliumveld aan de achterkant, met dan net nog een strookje groen voordat de lucht begint.
Scherpte is prima, kleuren ook.

Hi Jan,
Great contrast betweent he purple flowers and blue sky enriched with the clouds. From this point of view, the flower bulbs look huge when compared with tiny houses further away.
I'd probably go for the landscape format but I guess you had your own reasons for choosing a portrait format.

astuicieux positionnement assez bas près des fleurs, pour donner une perspective particulière.
Très belle altermance de couleurs bien distribuées, une photo bien cadrée et placée dans un format vertical adéquat.

Hoi Jan,

Ja, dit is toch de mooiste van de twee! Het licht lijkt anders - misschien is er iets meer groen zichbaar op de voorgrond - en dat maakt de kleuren dieper. Daarnaast zit er hier meer een patroon in de bloemen. Heel mooi!
