Photographer's Note

Time to get back to some of my travel photos.

This is unmistakable, can you recognize it?
Its a collection of famous buildings in Bergen, or more specifically Bryggen - the Unesco protected Old Merchant quarter.

I took this photo on a walking tour with our friend Erling. He took us through many parts of the city, and this was one of the scenes I was wanting to capture well before I even got off the plane.

We are looking back, these are the backs of the buildings. I'll try to find a photo taken from the front and post it in the WS.

We didn't have very good weather conditions during our stay in Norway. It's hard to find photos in my Norway gallery with excellent lighting, therefore I chose this one because the sky isn't part of the scene.

Its been a while since i posted a pure architectural photo, it's a nice feeling to get back to my roots!

Hope you like it
