Photographer's Note
One year ago, when they started to make vaccination, one had sometimes to go to another city (now, they are points of vacs just in almost every pharmacy). We had to go two times to Plock. I didn't complain. We had a nice excursion. Plock is a nice historical city with many monuments, such as the cathedral shown here, founded around 900 years ago.
All has been very simple, the weather was fine, we made a nice walk around, and we went for coffee and a small lunch. Nothing special. But now, when unexpectedly my husband is not with me anymore, all the memories are very precious. And it happened that it was our last excursion together outside Warsaw.
Traditionally, name day celebrations (Polish: imieniny) have often enjoyed a celebratory emphasis greater than that of birthday celebrations in Poland.
23rd April is the name day of all Wojciechs (Wojteks).
My Wojtek left me. I am so sad...

Hello Malgo,
Good photos and a good memory. WS #1 has the blossoming tree as a plus and the cars as a minus, so the lack of cars makes this a good choice for main photo. The other WS is a very fond special memory to you. That kind of sculpture seemed to be very popular in former "eastern" Europe. They can provide good photos, like this one.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hello Malgo,
The photo shows a good memory on a pleasant and sunny day and in a lovely place. The vertical composition is nicely divided between the large cathedral walls and dome and the spring trees at right.

Ciao Malgo, unfortunately it was the last outing from Warsaw with your husband and for sure it is a precious memory, an organized trip to safeguard health, while even here vaccines are now available just a few steps from home. I see that you are still very sad, and even the situation at the borders does not help, perhaps you should think about organizing a trip, life continues even if at the beginning it is not easy. Happy Easter,i hope with your sons! Luciano

Hi Malgo,
A good souvenir photo, WS 2 is a special memory to you of that trip. The point of view is showing the details of the cathedral. The light is giving nice tints to the colors. Have a nice day.

Hi Malgo,
well photographed, a good angle of view with depth effect, superb weather with this sunlight, perfect for the colors rendering between green and blue, tfs.

Hello Malgo,
My condolences for the sad loss. Always better to remember shared moments in good times rather than petty arguments. Good sharpness and nice warm vs cold colour contrasts. Tfs!

Hello Malgo,
Some beautiful photographs and beautiful memories. Spring is a month of beauty, when the trees and the plants begin their shows.
23rd April is St. George's Day, the patron saint of England (as well as many other places).
Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Hello Malgo,
I remember you told us about Plock, a city I had never heard of before.
From your chosen vantage point, this cathedral looks a bit like a fortified building.
The young leaves on the branches signify the beginning of spring. WS1 represents even more of the spring feeling.
A lot of courage!
Best regards, Paul

Piekne wspomnienia, a im pieniejsze, tym teraz smutniej. :-( Straszne jest to, ze z dwojga bliskich ludzi, zawsze ktos w koncu zostaje sam.
Pozdrawiam raz jeszcze

Hello Malgo,
What a beautiful edifice. I like the contrast between the red building and the green grass.
May your memories of the good times carry you through these transient days.

MT

Hello Malgo,
A side view that added good sense of this mighty walls and dome, with the ground alongside, well chosen spot. A multitude of warm colors contrast blue and green, a fine outcome.
Have a nice new day,
Ike
