Photographer's Note
The 3rd from the series of photos taken on the 11th of November, during the Polish Independence Day celebrations. This didn't quite belong to the celebrations.
Several people showed up with banners that were to inform the president/prime minister, who were to speak at the celebrations of some people's dissent in regards to the signing of the EU constitution for Poland.
These men and women were not well received by the other spectators, small routs broke out, some arguing that this is neither the time or the place for such protests, others saying that we now live in a free and democratic country.
This banner says "Jestem polakiem wiec mam obowiazki polskie', meaning "I am Polish therefore I have Polish responsibilities".
And so continues our Polish existence, our young democracy, but it's getting better, it is.
