Photographer's Note
This shot was made at Summer 2004 at Obidos. This is one of the most important old, historical villages and also touristic and wonderful nice villages in Portugal.
Mainly is a tribute to a "TE" member named "RETAGGER" that have many quality photos and also my contribute with a few about this nice and also world patrimony of old architecture and history.
The coach and these old and young guides don´t do any voyage in the old village, they only give a trip in the external old town. Walls, castle and a significative way of life don´t allow this adventure, so others stay or move by foot in that location.
Thanks for your attention and hope you enjoy this for your next summer in Portugal.

I would have preferred to see the horses completely in this photo, Fernando. t is a nice scene and you concentrate on the subject, but it is difficult in a case like that to know where to cut the subject. The boy is good for drawing attention.

Thank you for your tribute also to Obidos. I like any photo from Obidos. This is a great way to see the outside of the walled town. I must try this horse ride when I return in April. I too would have liked to see the entire horse and carrage, but the photo still works and is quite nice.

Nice picture, but I agree with hojper. Maybe it is an idea to crop the photo even more. I tried to do that in the workshop.

Hi Fernando,
I find this picture wonderful and the colours and the sharpness are excellent, I agree with Retagger, maybe a pity for the legs of the horses be missing, Fernando.
Thanks,
John.

A funny and fine portrait - that kid seems to be a little unsafe with a camera in sight ;-) I would have liked a little more details of the wagoon as well - but never - you shot got atmosphere. Yes I would like to visit Portugal some day - only been to spain two times (I must find a photo to "show on the map")
Thanks Fernando for sharing and explain.

Very beautiful picture and great quality. A bit too much DOf but not realy disturbing, the horses and two persons are interesting. Good touristic advertising..
I like it

Very nice shot with rich culture going with the picture. Enjoy the scene: while the big guy shifted his attention to somewhere else, the young man is serious guarding the whole situation.
