Photographer's Note
"Geronimo!" in English is a word to express excitement or happiness, usually when doing something adventurous. Most frequently used before jumping from a height.
I was certainly excited and happy having the chance to photograph this magnificent structure, Jerónimos Monastery (Mosteiro dos Jerónimos).
I have showed you a picture from its interior before:

Mosteiro dos Jeronimos, a monument to the wealth of the Age of Discovery, is the culmination of Manueline architecture, commissioned by Manuel I in around 1501 after Vasco da Gama’s return from his historic voyage.

Hello Mariusz,
I had to smile at your enthusiastic title!
But, I have to agree, this is a fine shot!
You have used the triangular shrubs and trees to good effect; firstly to anchor the f/g and secondly to act as a mimic to the conical towers which form the decoration on the monastery.
The whole scene just merges seamlessly.
It was such a good idea to choose this corner for your viewpoint, and the main tower of the building, is beautifully framed.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hello Mariusz,
You chose a nice angle with the hedge in foreground.
Of course are the building in background the real eye catcher
Sharp and clear to look at.
An excellent picture, with pleasant colours
Very well done, TFS.
Best regards,
John

Hello Mariusz,
I was probably followed your photography spots when visited Lisbon one year later... ha ha ... I took pictures from this biggest monastery as well.
Superbly chosen the corner POV here, with fine contrast from this meticulousely cared garden towards the beautiful gothic architecture of the edifice.
Good afternoon,
Ike

Hi Mariusz
Great capture of this magnificent monastery! Good use of the v-shape at the bottom to frame the view...and what a wonderful deep blue sky!

Hello Mariusz,
From that garden and from a similar angle I also took a picture of the Jerónimos Monastery.
Its Manueline style and ornamentations make it one of the most valuable visits in Portugal.
The cypress trees and the hedge provide an excellent foreground without obstructing any of the view of the monastery.
Curiously, Geronimo is also the name of a well-known North American Indian leader. I don't know how he got that name.
Best regards, Paul

Hello Mariusz,
A beautiful photo of this grand building and the gardens with the slim, tall trees in front of it. The details of the dome and towers look amazing and very sharp against the blue sky and the sunlight was perfect also.

Hi Mariusz,a great jewel, fantastic example of architechture, over 500 years of history and still there, so well preserved and bright,I knew Geronimo as an Indian chief, and this English expression is really new to me. Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

Hi Mariusz
A grand building and a good photo with the distracting pines carefully placed away from key features.

Hello Mariusz.
This monastery is certainly impressive and impossible to capture in an image given its enormous size, although in this magnificent composition we see all its most interesting part with its towers and doorway, magnificent POV from the perspective of the gardens.
In this wonderful image, the sharpness, exposure, colors are fantastic.
Photo very well done. I like it
Enjoy a good day.
Very best regards.
Luis.

Hello Marius,
This monastery looks like a palace. It has palatial grounds, too.
