Photographer's Note

I'm finally back from my holidays. As usually, I went to Monsaraz to see the Nativity and take some photos.These characters weren't in the square last year. Now they are in the square and if we look behind them, we can see the Christmas log. First time I went there the weather was really cloudy with some moments of sun. I particularly liked this scene at this moment of the day, when the sun was reflecting on their faces. Guess it's the last photo of this series I'm showing for now.
Once more the crib was in a good place, but not exactly good to take photos, so I'm including it in the workshop because I promised Marie Louise I would show it.

What an interesting scene that is. Characters seems a little scary...I like the composition and the light a lot.

Merci beaucoup pour cette nouvelle photo de Monsaraz, et pour ta gentillesse d'avoir pensé à moi! La crêche n'est pas si mal, je trouve!
Et la photo que tu présentes rend un bel effet, avec ces personnages habillés des vêtements rudes de la paysannerie, mais éclatants, alors qu'ils sont baignés de lumière .
J'espère que tu passeras de joyeuses fêtes de fin d'année, à Lisboone?
