Photographer's Note
this was taken in Praias do Sado, near Setúbal.
The northern shores of the Sado estuary with minor roads south off the N-10 to the east of Setúbal giving access to the waterside settlements of Mitrena, Praias do Sado, Gâmbia and Zambujal. At Praias do Sado, the tracks running between the salinas are worth exploring.
I jumped to inside a salina and i took this photo.
I couldn´t miss this amazing texture.
I use a polarizer filter to decrease the water reflex and i use a nd grad filter to decrease the sky brightness.
i hope you like it!

"You jumped"... You almost sank in there!!! I feel that the photo would be even more dramatic if the BG wasn't this dark! The strenght of the water is perfectly well represented, as well as the colors. But the green of the grass (on the road side) could be a wonderful plus to this interesting composition. And great POV, you really captured this nice landscape in the best way!
Cheers,
Bruno

Texture for sure. Lots of it. I like the atmosphere- its like some other planet. There are weird parts that come into light for little moments in the background there. Its interesting. But the way that blue sky is reflected in the water in the cracks- wonderful! Nice job!
