He looks and dress as Charlie Chaplin and ...very friendly so he lets people to take pics with him and his 4 friends 3 parrots and one white mouse) which will choose for u a small ticket about your future,luck, and love :)
Each try 5 lei (just a little bit more than 1 EUR )

How nice 'to see you' on Trekearth with this humorous shot. Does he have a mustache like Charlie Chaplin? Also it must be around 2:00 am in Romania, what are you doing up?
