Hi Angshuman, I followed your trip to Europe on Facebook. You visited marvelous places, that I also liked very much, like Bled or Rovinj. Beautiful view of this famous island. splendid dense forests around and marvelous emerald water. Gorgeous landscape indeed.

Hello Angshuman,
What a fantastic view, looking like the South Pacific in Siberia with some Central Europe thrown in. You were very lucky to have some sunshine here. Not even the great charm of the view would have been the same without the fine turquoise tones of the water created by the good light.
I was in northern Slovakia the same day and didn't have even a short glimpse of the sun. It was bitterly cold, windy and rainy.

J'aime beaucoup le point de vue choisi sur le lac et l'île. On voit aussi très bien l'environnement immédiat tout en forêt. La lumière et les détails sont beaux.

I'm not sure if you took this picture near the castle on the rock but you certainly found a fantastic viewpoint.
The water in the lake has a wonderful colour. So have the sunlit forested hills at the other side.

It's very nice place.

the first thing which comes to mind when viewing this photo, is where/what POV did you take it from????

were you hiking? were you driving and this is taken from off the side of the road?

what an amazing place, and of course the building has to be a church lol

lucky for you to have seen this, it must have been a thrill to see something like this which is so unique.

Hi Angshu,
this is exactly what I dream about: a trip along the coast from Lake Bled down to Dubrovnik and even bit further to Montenegro and so. Sadly I would need more time and money than I have available -may be next year I can manage that. Also with my 3 year old daughter it could be too challenging as there are so many place I would like to see along the way.
This spot is first of the miraculous places. Great POV to present it from above and to emphasize its amazing location.
The weather was indeed quite bad but it didn't stop you from taking a great picture.
Very interesting mood almost as if it was raining.

I have answered your question about Cyprus under my Cyprus photo, but then I realized that India also has quite bad reputation in media recently. There are so many rapes happening and also on tourists, and police blames them that they are guilty themselves as they went off the beaten track. So to be honest India is also off my list for a while. It doesn't change much though beacuse I wouldn't be able to afford that trip anyway -so this is just an imaginary wish list :)

This is a scene to inspire fairy tales!! Picturesque indeed with excellent detail and what a fantastic weather there, it's thoughtfully and carefully composed image you just want to dive into. The green of the water is beautifully unusual and the church on the tiny island provide a strong focal for the eye to rest. What an incredible location beautifully captured, gorgeous! Congrats & tfs.

Lovely little island in the middle of this wonderful sea with incredible colors! The church tower is an excellent focal point here! Very nice composition! Beautiful job!
