Photographer's Note
I’ve taken this photo of old house façade in Spanish Ronda.
Ronda is a small town in the Spanish province of Málaga. It is situated in a very mountainous area about 750 m above mean sea level, about 100 km west of Málaga, within the autonomous community of Andalusia. The Guadalevín River runs through this picturesque town, dividing it in two and carving out the steep, more than 100 meters deep El Tajo canyon upon which the town perches. Place recommendable to visit.

Salut cher Miro
This is a beautifully conceived photo which works well because of the adherence to the Rule of Thirds and to the rule of odd numbers. Rosemary some time ago explained how much more attractive to the eye, odd numbers are eg. 3 elements in a photo are always preferable to 2. Having said that, and I know it's being a little picky, but I would have cropped out the yellow strip on the right, as it throws the balance and symmetry out. But this is possibly a mattere of taste rather than something which is fatal to the photo.
Have a good weekend, bonne amities

Hi Miro
This is a picturesque impression of this old facade with its typical style and colors probably unique this area. The format work well in this orienatation, compact with delicious detail in natural contrasting colors while the spllashes of brighter colors give that extra punch to the image. Indeed a very charming architecture full of history nicely taken. Well done, Congrats.
Tx to the link.
Warm regards

Ciao Miro

Hi Miro,
What a fun and interesting facade, a bit of the ordinary with the bay windows over the two balconies. Love the arrangement here to showcase the unique nature of this buildings exterior. Smart composition and wonderful observation of this section. Good detail and texture displayed here, it feels natural, and the rustic colors add to the appeal. I'm guessing there were many more scenic things along this stretch of town, but you've captured a good one for sure!
Have a great weekend,
Jason

Hello Miro,
a very well composed photo of this picturesque facade that, although in the shade, has kept the richness and charm of its colours. I like very much your framing that has enhanced the rhythm of the reccuring patterns, details and colours. The yellow stones on the right cause an interesting break of symmetry. Depth and sharpness are great. Closed and open windows are very intriguing. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a lovely evening,
Ourania

Good morning Miro,
Nicely applied the 3X3 facade view. I remember Ronda from 6/1998, the street looks familiar to me, a typical scene on the streets of this lovely town.
Fantastic architecture's elements, view inside some of the windows, and looking inside the main entrance - that's what made this pic. so intriguing.
Enjoy your weekend,
Ike

Hi Miro,
You're capturing well this architecture by a good composition and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the old house with tasteful balcony and symmetry. The color of this house is balanced and harmonized beautifully by white wall, dark-brown balcony, the blue line of fence and brown of basement. And, the streetlight set on the wall draws out an additional good charm.
Kind regards,
mikio
