Sierra de Alor

Photographer's Note

Last weekend I went to Sierra de Alor, a few kms far from the city of Olivenza, in Spain. I spent the day exploring the mountain. The view from the top is simply amazing and during this time of the year many people go there for a very specific reason, the Paeonia are in full bloom and there are lots of them at the top, adding much colour and parfum to the place.

A lovely spectacle on a bright sunny day when the charming wild flowers bloom and the scent must have been heavenly- a sight to behold and I believe everyone should see them for real at least once in their life. Wonderful point of view this image has with the most delicate colours, hues and eye-popping contrast. This looks absolutely amazing, Congrats.

the flowers seem to get life from the light, their colour is so lovely and their textures soft, I also like the way you created the impression of depth and interesting context with the landscape and the sky. Hi Ana,
It's just wonderful to see such big flowers growing wild. You have good focus on them and slightly darkish exposure gives intensity to colours.
