I hope I'm not boring you with my house façade photos. But I like it, can not pass along old decorated house façade without taking photo.
The photo shows well decorated house façade attached to famous Swiss Folklore Restaurant in Lucerne.
The murals show the proud past house owner with wife and their small son.
The building is located in Lucerne's Old Town near the Chapel Bridge, Reuss River and the Lake Lucerne.

Superbe cadrage de cette maison aux remarquables décorations peintes . C'est amusant , le redressement des perspectives donne l'impression que la maison est plus large en haut qu'en bas .

Bonjour Miro,

C'est tout un travail de faux fini sur les devantures de ces superbes maisons et ensuite beaucoup de travail pour les entretenir par la suite. J'aime beaucoup la contre plongée qui utilise le ciel comme arrière plan.

When first opened this thumbernail, I was breathless, Miro - just because I was there in 2006, saw this fabulous house, did not think of TE, and one day that I will regret about not taking this scene.
Fabulous picture, photojob superbly done, daylight was favorable, and masterfully taken the precise POV upon.
My best cong.'s for this one, a stunning view of the painted facade. NOT boring at all...

Another eye catching shot Miro! the traditional builders are so knowledgeable about the trade its not only about basic dwelling we're talking about but much more than that; it's an artwork infact built to perfection and so unique in design with artistic touch
Nice angle you have taken this from, it shows off both the frontage and the huge roof system and the vibrant colour scheme which i am sure is maintained through the gen. Perfect presentation with excellent clarity, bright and clean, and needless to mention the contrast you achieved - it's simply mouth watering recipe, indeed a shot every Swiss should be proud off!! Superb composition with an impressive façade, which is really wonderful with this intricate design the most elegant, all I see love, the eaves of the house is also amazing, the small building in red, do not know if it belongs to another house , also gives her special touch.
The day is beautiful with the clear blue sky, which enhances both the beauty of color.

Hi Miro,

One more from Lucerne...how about at least a few more instead? :) This would have been easy to frame tighter around the building, but I think it was a wise recognition to include a more substantial portion of the blue sky in this instance. The negative space and color only amplifies the rich beauty of the painted facade and architectural design in my estimation...and I really like how the composition builds up from left to right. A beautiful photo for a beautiful building. And as a small bonus, you captured small bits of reflected light along the foreground facade too. An overall delightful image! Enjoy the new day ahead. No I'm not getting bored. The facade of this house is quite lovely. The differing levels of light and shade were not easy to manage, but you handled them quite well. I like the details and the rich colours. A very nice series.
