Photographer's Note
Is it really necessary to put a note on this image?
Love and tenderness can choose among a multitude of ways to show their face. If you open your senses to the world and listen carefully to your inner feelings, you won’t ever let these kinds of moments go by without seizing them.
But even more than seizing the day, or Carpe Diem for the Latin lovers, the main issue in life is being able of sharing the best of YOU with OTHERS.
Differences among human beings might then be a source of enlightenment for each one of us, rather than a land of misunderstanding.
Trekking the Earth means also finding common solutions, and common languages, to all of us, IMHO.

Bien vu Gal !

lovely picture Gal...I like men taking care of their babies...for me, fatherhood is not as instinctive as motherhood, therefore it is more valuable...it needs will and not only heart to put into it..(ps. this is not a daily life for me unfortunately...a very difficult scene to be found here..especially on the street)...
thanks:)

Hi Gal,
They are very sweet together, I like the way the baby is looking at his daddy. Have you noticed the word written on the bisquits'packet? "Tenerezze" in Italian means tenderness, I think it's a great touch!
Bravo Gal, thanks for sharing it!

Such a tender moment. I like the DOF used as the background clearly provides the context. And the kid's eye. It is a good element of the shot.

This photo is very strong, so much contrasts in it : black and white, man and baby, taking care and army pants. I would have just loved it even more if the man would be looking at the baby.

Amicalement/jr

You treated this tender scene very sensitively Gal. The expression, the eye contact...lovely. On the tech front I see a very well exposed and composed pic with a fine DOF to keep this urban background from distracting us. Great job.

This is great, Gal, IMO one of your best, together with the reading/sleeping mother shot. I like the susoicious eye of the baby..Cool shot.

Having three little sons I model myself on him. You cannot imagine how many napkins I have changed (and also today)in my life! but when I see the love of my sons for me I am very happy.

Hi Gal, this is really a tender picture, Guys with babies always works. It's a real tender portrait of this man. I like the baby's eye, he/she looking at him, checking out almost. Very lovely. I agree with Nina, it would be much stronger when he looked at the baby. Very, very nice

Great capture, Gal! Such a fine union, peacefully looking and radiating tenderness throughout the whole shot. B&W brings even more special feeling to it and your notes make it completely outstanding. Excellent job!

Paternity rules! Nice note, too. The image is great also. But I'd try to have a lighter tone as a background for the man's head. The bicycles are also distracting, and the highlights on the baby are blown out.

Bravo!

I like this foto. The soft tones. To me, the man looks a little bit sad, but relaxed and the baby has all it needs for the moment.
