cafe Rouge
Bristol (Listeni/ˈbrɪstəl/) is a city, unitary authority and county in South West England with an estimated population of 437,492 in 2013. It is England's sixth and the United Kingdom's eighth most populous city, and the most populous city in Southern England outside London.

Bristol received a Royal charter in 1155. It was part of Gloucestershire until 1373 when it became a county in its own right.From the 13th to the 18th century, it ranked among the top three English cities after London, along with York and Norwich, on the basis of tax receipts, until the rapid rise of Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham in the Industrial Revolution. It borders the counties of Somerset and Gloucestershire and the historic cities of Bath to the south east and Gloucester to the north. The city is built around the River Avon and also has a short coastline on the Severn Estuary which flows into the Bristol Channel.

Il titolo riflette esattamente il soggetto. Non solo incuriosisce il colore tipicamente inglese ma si fa notare la forte pendenza della strada che non impedisce di porre all'esterno sedie e tavolini, sui quali è difficile immaginare bicchieri ricolmi.
Bella cattura con colori assai vivaci ed ottima nitidezza.

I think the people would look funny sitting in those chairs that are leaning to the right. I like the capture though with good lighting and nice details. Wonderful and intense colors. Well done, tfs.

il nome del locale è una garanzia anche per il colore delle sue mura.
Una foto interessante, fatta di colore e sentimento, vedere l'uomo infreddolito che passa davanti a questo caffè senza fermarsi, mette quasi tristezza.
Ottima composizione, l'uomo è ben posizionato e il blu del locale accanto è perfetto per dare la sensazione di contrasto.

Excellent observational street photography and there's something which we really can't resist; it's the stinging blinding red colour is obviously a big hit in the setting that draws the eye almost instantly. Plenty to show us from this superb layout and there's lot of charm full of character with the man make it work. What a great colour contrast of a shot beyond reproach! TFS

Hello Costantino,
It was a rainy day but the bright red façade shines through the dullness and could cheer anyone up. I fully understand that no guests decided to sit outside this day, but this is a bright and entertaining photo.

Iwas curious about your gallery from UK. Cafe Rouge is so photogenic indeed with the intense red color and you have also a dark blue store next to it! You could not wish for more!
I have never been to Bristol yet, may be I should plan a trip...
