Photographer's Note

One of our very rare bright sunny days this summer. The green path amongst the heavily berried hawthorn trees runs along the peak of Kerridge Hill just outside Macclesfield town and on the edge of the Peak District National Park. I suppose it is unfair to class Manchester along with Sodom and Gomorrah but there are those who might disagree :o) But it certainly isn't the city built on a hill however white it may look from this 20mile distance.
Cropped some foreground, levels adjustment (leaving in the blue of distance - thanks) resize and sharpen in PSE.
