Photographer's Note

This window is in the Governor's Parlour in the Merchant Adventurer's Hall in the City of York.
This hall was built around the 1350s and is remarkably well preserved.
I liked the colour and subject of the window which shows the work of the Merchants who did most of their trading by sea.
The day itself was quite bright and care had to be taken nor burn out the detail.
