Hi Dave,

Well composed and interesting shot! You're capturing this scenery from good angle, and the spectacle that the bunch of wheat lies in the rural scene that seems to be north britain looks pastoral.
The ray poured between the clouds draws out a very good effect for the whole. If I say the desire a little technically, it's better to suppress black tone a bit for drawing out the effect of ray more, I think.
