A view towards the moors at Holme Moss near Holmfirth.The trees are the last ones to be seen as the cultivated land meets the rugged untamed moors which stretch over the border into Lancashire.
Just out of view in the valley below are two reservoirs,one is Digley and the other Bilberry.
Bilberry burst its banks on a stormy night in February 1852 and over 80 people in the valley below died as a result.

Cloned out a footpath sign post that was just showing in the foreground.
