I also captured a swan today, but under more dramatic circumstances. You are my neighbour but one today, so please have a look at my new capture. The swan is just out of the frame to the right - maybe he will follow tomorrow?

Hello Danos,

I'm sure you were almost excited when you saw this scene!
The swan is the elegant, crowning glory but the gentle ripples, creating these distorted reflections, make the most sublime backcloth.
The gentle, subdued colours add significantly to the mood.

A nice distorted reflection of the gulls in the relatively undisturbed section at left in front of the swan. The rippled waters of the wake add contrasting textures and tones. Tfs!

Essa foto realmente transmite calma. As pequenas ondas trazem uma sensação de movimento bem suave. O céu reflete lindamente na água.
