Photographer's Note
Cafe Rouge is my favourite place to listen to jazz in Edinburgh. On a Saturday night, Jon Trigg (guitarist) meets with 2 other jazz musicians from an ever-changing line-up to form a trio for the evening. Some of Scotland's best jazz musicians play here (Colin Steele - trumpet, Martin Kershaw - alto sax). The food is excellent (I have a thing for Crème Brûlée!) any day of the week, but the jazz on a Saturday makes the place that bit more special.

Hey !
If you like Crème brûlée, I have written the recipe indeed in one of my TL shots, but that's written in French!! If you feel brave to traduce!!
Good shot with the red tone. Baguette, café, restaurant... That sounds very French. Pity you don't have taken the picture just in front of the buildind...
Regards, David
