Photographer's Note
In 1581 a waterwheel was built to provide fresh water to Sakarya City from Cark river and the original wheel worked until 1585. In 1724 one new wheel was constructed and was donated by Devoğlu Mustafa, to provide enough water and wheel was redesigned by him. This wheel was in use up until 1955. Today municipality constructed a waterwheel similar with original design and dimensions to show the history of city and 1st day of 2016 it was under tough blizzard.
