Hello Rui.
I have always been fascinated of tall buildings, and then especially this one of course. I like the shot and I think you chose a good angle which compares it to the other ones in the foreground. That blue sky looks nice too. Thanks for giving the first great shot from this building I've seen on TE. However, I've made a workshop just to show you my suggestions.

Impressive building, but your shots a bit crooked and quite dark Rui.
Kind Regards,

... and the more vain building in the world.
(the skyscrapers were born because the hight prices of the ground suggest to build many flats in a little place, but in Dubai there is only desert!)
Of course it is a building of records, but all Dubai town is a fake city.
ciao, Giacomo

Olá Rui,
gostei do corte vertical que fez nessa foto, e a qualidade ficou ótima também. Impressionante a altura e ainda bem que lá não tem terremoto.
Parabéns e Abraço

Hi Rui,
the building looks like a space rocket and you have helped enhance that impression with your own skills:
The severe vertical cropping is essential for this photograph, the slight tilt of the building off the vertical is a great touch (this doesn't always work, but you have hendled it very well to give the impression of movement to what could be a static scene) and the graduation you have given to the sky turns this almost in to an astronomical shot - with lighter sky at the bottom and the deep blue of deep space at the top.
A very well managed work, great stuff, Iain
