Hello Pierre,
A difficult shot to manage as far as the light is concerned, so you have done well avoiding over-exposure in the upper part and retaining detail in the shadow area. The pleasant warm light brings out the golden tones of the sandstone to good effect.

Bonjour Pierre

Tu étais pris devant un petit dilemme.Ou bien c'était trop lumineux au sommet ou encore trop sombre dans le bas. Tu as su faire au mieux. Dommage pour les fils électriques.

Bonjour Pierre,

La lumière de fin du jour qui frappe fort au dessus de l'ombre ne facilite pas la tâche du photographe qui doit faire un compromis, assez bien réussi dans cette image. L'entrée de l'église avec ses colonnes est très intéressante.

Fantastic photo of beautiful church bathed in warm sunlight. Like the way you perfectly managed the strong light on the church. The two part division of the frame in colour and light is very attractive. Thanks for sharing a well taken photo.

Cette église possède une très belle architecture avec son portique, ses nombreuses tourelles et sa rosace. Malgré une lumière forte, on peut apprécier les détails du bâtiment. Bien fait.
