Photographer's Note
This is one of five temporary art installations intended to encourage business activities on the Toronto Waterfront in the slow winter season. As the picture shows the project seems to work, there were a lot of people on this Sunday afternoon at the Waterfront. The unseasonable mild weather also helped. This installation of three sailboats like objects (only two shown) was particularly popular with the kids, when their dads spin them around on the rotating platform. The installation is called the ‘Leeward Fleet’ by the design studio RAW, and located at the Canada Square, Harbourfront Centre.

Hello Barnabas,
Attractive composition with this art installation near the high buildings and the TV tower. Nice to see how the kids and their fathers are enjoying sunny day. We also have already quite warm days.
Kind regrads Malgo

Hello Barnabas,
That looks like a very beautiful winter day and not cold at all.
You present us the art installations beautifully with an attracitve background formed by the highrise.
Best regards, Paul
