Non, ce n'est pas un nuage à l'arrière-plan ni de la neige. Une halde de résidus de chrysotile est en arrière-plan de ce Séneçon Jacobée.
Toutes les parties de la plante contiennent des alcaloïdes qui sont toxiques aux bétail, cerfs, porcs, chevaux et aux chèvres, entraînant des dommages au foie. La mort peut survenir des mois plus tard après l'ingestion. Les moutons sont moins affectés, mais ne devraient pas consommer l'herbe car les dommages au foie peuvent être cumulatifs. Le feuillage a une odeur désagréablement distincte lorsqu’il est écrasé par le pâturage et ainsi, les bêtes évitent instinctivement de consommer ces petites fleurs.

No, it is not a cloud in the background nor snow . A chrysotile dump makes the background for this vivid yellow ragwort.
All parts of the plant contain alkaloids that are toxic to cattle, deer, pigs, horses and goats, causing liver damage, and death is slow often occuring months after ingestion. Sheep are less affected, but should not consume the weed as the liver damage can be cumulative. The foliage has a distinctive unpleasent odour when crushed so poisoning by grazing is rare as it is instinctively avoided.

La fleur est bien cadrée dans l'image. La prise de vue permet de voir avec précision les détails et les couleurs de cette fleur. Le flou de l'arrière-plan met en évidence la fleur. La bonne luminosité a un bel effet sur les couleurs. Bonne soirée.

Hey Denis,

A simple and effective picture. Nothing excessive, but still good to see. The flower is nicely positioned in the picture, and especially nicely focused. I can see a lot of little details, like bulges and usual wear and tear on the pettles, details are always important in a shot like this. The background looks like a mountain, although from your previous posts and note one can gather that`s something much more .. industrial.

A fascinating composition; the detail of this toxic flower is stunning. Then the cloud-like background is actually a a carcinogen, asbestos. I was surprised to see chrysotile just out in the open, isn't it dangerous to be around? I didn't know what is was but I found it in Wikipedia.

Une photo simple mais très jolie et que j'aime beaucoup. La fleur est magnifique, dommage qu'elle soit toxique. Chanceux que tes fleurs restent sur TE, pour ma part mes trois derniers posts de fleurs ont été enlevés.

Salu bien Denis

Bonne idée de prendre cette fleur en macro devant ses résidus miniers. Il existe en nature des éléments qui sont dangeureux et qui font mauvais action pour tous. La fleur est bien détaillé et la note est bien directive.
