This is a golden moment here. Great balance, weight and composition. The colours are extrodinarily vivid on the petals. I really like your choice of DOF, but it doesn't make the image lack in depth at all. Well done, TW

Bonjour Denis,

La prise de vue rapprochée de l'aster permet de distinguer les détails et les couleurs de la fleur. Les rayons de soleil de la fin de journée lui donnent un bon éclairage ce qui fait ressortir les couleurs. Le cadrahe attire notre regard vers la fleur, le fait que l'arrière-plan est embrouillé cela avantage la fleur. Bonne journée.

the light is nice and the flower has been captured with good detail, but not so sure about that background. i guess, in this situation, i would concentrated more on the flower :) but that's me.

I really like this picture of the beautiful flower which is perfectly illuminated by the sun. The pink and yellow color makes an amazing contrast to the blue sky. You managed to focus the flower well and as you chose f/8, the background is not sharp, what creates a wonderful feeling of depth. Well done, my friend......have a nice day,

Sans le paysage de fond, elle serait déjà une photo très belle et réussite en tous les aspects, mais je trouve que l'inclusion de la plaine verte et jaune, l'ombre et le ciel la fait encore plus attrayante.

J'ai l'impression de recevoir en pleine figure une fleur articulée au moyen d'un ressort, comme d'une boîte à surprise!!
L'effet est "frappant" par dessus ce décor doux!
Idée géniale et présentation sans faille.
Impression de profondeur infinie donnée par l'opposition de la proximité au flou.
