Climb the ice, a photo from Quebec, Central

Photographer's Note

This photo was taken in February at the Montmorency Falls near Quebec City. The water drops resulting from the fall of the water turn into ice flakes because of the low temperatures in winter. The ice flakes fall in front of the waterfall and create "le pain de sucre" (sugar bread), a small hill made of ice. Kids have fun sliding down this hill and climbers can climb it.
The photo would have been better with a more sophisticated camera than the one I have.

Camera is not a factor to get good picture. on your case this is the classic example. Although some noise on the climber but can be corrected. Good shot and good POV...ben

Great perspective and composition, it captures the immensity of the falls and climb; the wonderful ice formations make this a great shot.

This is a terrific capture with the climber in bright red pants against a predominantly white background. The way you captured the scale of this place is impressive.

I tried a workshop with an alternate crop and a levels adjustment for your consideration.

Amazing nature's creationg Philippe. Some parts of the world can't even imagine such formation. The action is attractively presented and the colors are great.
