For a long time, seeing pictures of this view, I thought this was the end of the Opabin Plateau trail. (It's not, though the trail ends fewer than five minutes later at Opabin Lake). It's a nice place to survey the area you've just hiked, with Hungabee Lake in the foreground surrounded by (left to right) Odaray Mountain, Mount Stephen, Cathedral Mountain, and the Wiwaxy Peaks.

We had good weather the entire time we were at Lake O'Hara, but the first day was definitely the best.

A gorgeous mountain landscape . With the golden larches , the best season to discover it .
The kind of place 'looks ver similar) that I'v missed in the Dolomites last autumn , because there was too much snow ...

Gorgeous landscape - rocky mountains, autumn trees (Larix?) the lake with reflection, perfect place for hiking and shooting in a fine day. Awesome picture.

The colors in this are amazing, and the whole scenery is breath taking. That sky is what really draws my eye though, such an intense blue
