Comme c'est le printemps et qu'il y a eu un record de pluie pour le mois d'avril, la rivière Richelieu est haute et le débit est incroyable.

Il semble que vous avez allé à l'extrême.
Une grande image avec l'eau en pleine action.
Très bien composée et magnifique avec la tour de l'église au-dessus de l'eau.

I like the motion blur of the water and the low shooting angle. Good sharpness and a nice contrast of the smooth and silky water spilling over the barrage and the rough and tumbled fg water splashing everywhere. Tfs!

Hello Serge,
No, you wouldn't want to fall in just there! An image full of dynamism and drama. Excellent framing as well; I like the inclusion of the church tower, which seems to be keeping watch over the situation. Very good technical quality.

This is a wonderful photograph, full of inferred movement as the water surges and splashes.
You have achieved a superb contrast of movement and stilness, as the two areas are juxtaposed.

A great photo of the impressive waterfall. I like the contrast between the smooth falling water and all the splashing drops in the foreground. The church tower makes a fine detail too.

A dynamic water action which is well frozen and helping the eye through the frame. I love the sense energy in the image, deep saturated colours and great contrast along with excellent definition. You can almost hear the roar of those rapid movement...

wow thia is a fantastic composition, I really like the final effect. The smoothed water of the waterfall in the back contrasts with the splashed water in the foreground. The spire of the church in the distance adds a nice point of reference.
