In my previous posting I shot this very same scene in the rain. This morning with clear skies I came to see teh colors of morning sunlight in the same place. Without the rain I was able to get down to the banks for this point of view. Enjoy.

De très jolies couleurs, les fôrets canadiennes sont parmis les plus belles du monde et celles surlesquelles les saisons bien entendu marquent le plus leur passage.
Tu nous le prouves ici au travers de cette photo de qualité sur tous les plans.

Hi Paul, I like this beautiful autumn colored picture. A well composed picture with beautiful layout of the colors and contrast. The effects of the reflections on the water are very impressive. A very well taken picture.

Hi Paul. Photographically speaking, one might say that this composition lacks a strong focal point. However I think that the interest of the seasonally colored foliage, and the way you manage to present it here with the included reflection off the rippled water surface, makes for a very pleasant viewing nonetheless. The blue sky balances it off nicely and the purely natural colors are a delight to see.

Hi Paul,
Very well composed. You caught the morning light here perfectly. I was at the same spot in late morning last week and the shot just wasn't there. The reflections of the gold leaves is especially noteworthy and enhancing. Great POV and serenity.

Paul, These are very vibrant colors. Sky is another gift. Whenever I travel to UP in Michigan, I do not get good sky. Reflection with mild activity in the waters is fantastic

Hi Paul. I like the colours in this shot.The reflection in the water is great. Are you on a bridge or a boat. I can see the grass on the right, bottom. It looks carm. Nice one Paul. Sue.

Both of your pic of this place are beautiful.
I have a preference for the rainy one for its softness and its particular mood that is in harmony with me.

Rain or sun your landscape's shots are always wonderful, your control of light here is perfect and the cololors are really evocative...a first class composition (one more time) compliments!!!

if the water was calm this scene will be perfect.
by the way thanks for the tips on capture rainbow and sunset awhile back. I got couple shots with rainbow and very decent sunset images

Hi Paul,
As others have noted the colours in this photo really make it standout. Nicely composed and exposed retaining detail in the shadows and highlights. Maybe could clone out the branches in the top left, although a very minor criticism. Well done
