Photographer's Note

Another view of the CN Tower, from near the Dundas and Spadina Chinatown, looking past a famous Toronto cable car. Blue skies are rare these days, so I enhanced the color a little. Also, this was taken through a glass.

It appears that this photo was taken from the car. I like it it givres the idea of really being ther watching this street scene. The composiition is good and it seems like the bus is so ready to ride off the photo.

Hi Michelle, Nice capture of this streetcar 0 I didn't know they have them in Toronto. It's a very dynamic compo due to diagonal PoV and the strong leading lines. The juxtaposition of the CN tower and the streetcar works very nice -adherring to the thirds rule. The pic being shoot true a car window gives it a kinda retro feel. Well done!

Hi Michelle,
Interesting street scene, at least to me who hasn't been there. There's a clear contrast between other buildings and the tower.
And the tram that certainly does not look too modern.
But I think this one deserves more concentration, stepping out of the car and looking around for a while.

there seem to be reflection on the glass that kind of distracts the viewers but your compo is very impressive indeed ...
well done ... 510 street car .. the building with some weird antennas on top, the CN tower, the street .... good work

It's nice to see a trolley on the streets of Toronto, Michelle, and you've done a nice try to catch it here together with the CN Tower in the same frame. A good combination of merging lines - giving a nice perspective - and verticals (mostly phone antennas). It's sadly a bit faded by your car window, as there are some reflections showing at the front of the street car. Also some dirt and a wiper are showing in the lower right corner, but they're not that distractive. Anyhow, most of this could've been eliminated in post processing. Well done!
