My Oh Maya Part 8

Another repost made possible by the new Nikon scanner that has taken up residence with me. The original scan was made with a poor flatbed scanner.

A staggering beauty among a truly beautiful people.

The original note follows:

This girl was from San Juan Chamula, a small town near San Cristóbal de las Casas in Chiapas. Like many indigenous girls in that region, she would go to the city to sell woven bracelets to tourists. But that was quite a few years ago. Perhaps she is married with children by now.
