I took this shot in a paddy field of Murshidabad district...here the farmer is busy to arrange the paddy straws in his bullock cart at sun set time...

I share this shot...Hope you also like it :)

Hello Prasun,
this is a lovely photo owing its marvellous composition and interest to the point of view and the artful light management. I like very much this upward look, placing the farmer on a solid dark base of straws against the bright sky. His body is hiding the sun but its lovely glow is diffused splendidly around the dark silhouette. The subtle patterns of the clouds and above all the elegant bird complete a wonderful impression. Congratulations!

Namsr Prasun. When I see you surname I think of the wonderful novel A House for Mr Biswas by V. S. Naipaul. The photo has a marvelous feel about it, especially with the swift flying past, catching the last insects before it's time to sleep. The farmer's work is never finished, by the time he gets home, unhitches the bullocks and feeds the animals it will be dark. Then he will eat his dinner and go to sleep , ready for another day's back breaking work. looks romantic from a photographer's point of view, especially with the golden glow. Best wishes. Klaudio.
