Photographer's Note

I was in Boston for a few days last month attending a computer course. I stayed outside of Boston in a town called Wakefield due to the cheaper hotel rates and other conveniences.
Every morning, I would drive from the hotel to the Wakefield train station, which is about three exits away to catch the commuter train into downtown Boston. From there, I would take the subway or walk to class. I would do the reverse on the way back.
During my morning trips, I would notice that the sunrises were directly behind me (since I was heading West) and I could see it clearly from the rearview mirror. So, one morning, I decided to get witty and snapped the sunrise using the sideview mirror.
I like the way this picture turned out with the car in the background, cars travelling behind me, the sunrise, and the creation of a frame with the mirror. It feels like a picture within a picture. I blurred the license plates of the car in the background.
