Photographer's Note

This is another shot from my hiking day trip yesterday. This is taken from the top of Mt Tammany (1,527ft.) on the New Jersey side of the Delaware Water Gap. At this point in the Delaware, the river does a huge S-shaped turn which has carved out these rocky cliffs on both sides of the river. Interestingly, the famous Rt. 80 which extends from New York City to San Francisco, runs directly through the Delaware Water Gap, making for some dramatic views and nice fall driving.

Comments and workshops welcome.
