Manhattan from the Brooklyn side (I think… someone correct me if I'm wrong).
I liked this POV because it's a bit unusual.
See the photographer in the shot. Working on his POV, I'd imagine.

its an interesting perspective but the foreground does little for the shot am afraid
The sun is just catching the eye every time i look at it
All that said it has some potential with a tighter crop and a marginal touch here and there
The photographer in the shot had the right idea. it takes away all the fore ground clutter standing there :)

My dear chap,
Well, to put it bluntly, the shot is a mess.
First you have all of the unattractive clutter in the foreground, including the photographer, the crooked lamp post, the shot has a tilt to camera left, and it is soft.
What were you doing in that industrial area anyway, lucky you didn't get mugged.
Not one of your best ole boy.
