The Grassy Knoll found a place in modern history that infamous day in Nov 1963. A place of momentous significance in American history and indeed world history when one comtemplates the ramifications of what took place here all those years ago. Regretably a stain on the illustrious patchwork that is American history.

Kenneth,
This is one of the earliest memories that I have of what was going on in the world. I remember all of the coverage on TV, maybe because the cartoons were not on, as if it was yesterday. I was just 3 years old when President Kennedy was shot but never the less it made an impact on me. Your photo shows this infamous spot nicely with the large trees giving us a sense of tranquility. The lighting and colors are great and the photo has fine sharpness.
